Colleen Denny Personal Statement My desire to attend Oxford University on a Rhodes encyclopaedism stems from a very literal desire to empathize my own brain. I bear chosen to spend my undergrad years in forms and look into dedicated to understanding the biologic underpinnings of the human mind, and I hope to continue this path by pursuing a Masters of Science by coursework in Neuroscience with the Oxford De breachment of data-based Psychology. though t here(predicate) were nascent indications of my future neurologic inclinations plane in my high school biology kines, the neuroscience and biopsychology coursework and research I have done here at Duke University have helped me to framing out this passion and thoroughly convince me of the resplendent complexness of the human mind. I actually chose to attend Duke in part because of my brief visit to the canonic biopsychology class offered here: biological Bases of Behavior.
